Currently seeking a US Military Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist, and/or Military Spouse to apply for a Customer Service Specialist. Respond to inquiries received through phone, mail and/or face-to-face contact by following standard scripts and procedures. Position requires 3-5 years customer service, call center or help desk experience, able to work nights, weekends and holidays, able to obtain/retain an FAA PIV badge and a Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain after start date.

Responsibilities: Veteran Military
  • Provide support via telephone and/or Internet to respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine issues.
  • Respond to inquiries received through phone, mail and/or face-to-face contact by following standard scripts and procedures.
  • Use a computer system to track questions and answers and enter orders.
  • Respond to inquiries requiring a written response with the use of standard or form letters.
  • May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.
  • Resolve more complex issues submitted by less-experienced Specialists.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements: Veteran Military            
  • US Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist or Military Spouse.
  • Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain after start date.
  • Must be able to obtain/retain an FAA PIV badge
  • High School Diploma or GED. Associates preferred
  • 3-5 years customer service experience: call center or help desk experience
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • ITIL Foundation Certified and HDI CSR certified preferred
